Shanhe's New Fully Automatic Electrostatic Spraying Line Commences Production, Boosting Capacity and Quality

Zhejiang Shanhe Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd. recently announced that its newly introduced fully automatic electrostatic spraying production line has officially commenced operation at its new manufacturing base located in Zhongchuang Small & Micro Park, Huzhen Town, Jinyun County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province.

The production line integrates workpiece cleaning, electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature curing into a fully automated process. Compared with traditional coating methods, the new line achieves a powder utilization rate of over 95%, significantly improving coating uniformity, adhesion, and anti-corrosion performance, which enables Shanhe to better meet the high standards of overseas markets, particularly in Europe and North America.
